Returns – Made to Order Items

All of our props are made to order and manufactured specifically to the customer’s selected specifications. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect selection, event cancellation, or no longer being required.

Please ensure all sizes and details are correct before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with consumer law.
