Shipping Policy

Production Timeframes

For most website orders, our standard production timeframe is approximately 21 working days.

All timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. As each item is made to order, completion dates may vary due to design complexity, material availability, or workshop scheduling.

If you require your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to check availability. Where possible, an express build may be offered at an additional cost.


Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched once production is complete via our network of trusted specialist couriers. Delivery takes place after dispatch and is separate from the production timeframe.

While we carefully schedule shipments, courier transit times are outside of our control and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Customers must allow contingency time before any event or intended use date.

If a courier becomes unavailable, we may palletise or re-arrange transport to ensure safe delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.


Shipping Rates

Mainland UK

  • £65 per order

  • £75 per order if the order includes 3D items

Northern Ireland

  • £156 for up to two 2D props

  • £184 for more than two 2D props or any 3D props

Custom items may require a bespoke delivery quotation.


Tracking & Delivery Updates

Our couriers do not provide live tracking. Once delivery is arranged, you will receive a scheduled delivery date and the driver will provide an estimated arrival window on the day.


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


Packaging & Transport Protection

To reduce environmental waste and keep shipping costs reasonable, items are not boxed in disposable packaging. Instead, our specialist couriers protect items using reusable blankets, soft furnishings and securing straps during transport.

This method is standard for large handmade props and furniture and is designed to prevent movement during transit.

Minor handling or transport marks that do not affect functionality are not considered faults.


Damaged Items

Orders must be inspected upon arrival. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.


Important Information

We are not liable for event disruption, loss of earnings, third-party costs, or consequential losses resulting from delays, courier issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time before their event.

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
