Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services to you.

SECTION 16 — PRODUCT & SERVICE TERMS (EVENT FABRICATION)

Made-to-Order Products

All items are manufactured to order. By purchasing, you confirm all specifications and suitability.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • event cancellation

  • items not fitting vehicles or venues

  • no longer required

Statutory rights remain in the case of manufacturing fault.

Estimated Timeframes

All production and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We aim to work around event dates but timings may vary due to manufacturing processes, materials, workload or circumstances outside our control.

Customers must allow contingency time before events.

Event & Business Use Liability

We supply physical goods only.

We are not liable for:

  • cancelled bookings

  • lost profits

  • venue costs

  • hire refunds

  • business interruption

  • event disruption

Courier & Delivery

Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

Courier delays are outside our control and do not constitute breach of contract.

Handmade Tolerances

Due to handmade manufacturing, the following are not faults:

  • minor paint variation

  • small marks

  • visible joins

  • natural material variation

  • slight size tolerances

Installation & Use

Unless installation is purchased, the customer is responsible for safe assembly and securing.

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or unsuitable use.

Damage Reporting

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or goods are deemed accepted.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our control including machinery failure, supplier delay, courier issues, illness or weather.

Packaging

Items are transported using protective blankets and securing straps rather than disposable packaging. Minor handling marks are not considered damage.

Order Acceptance

Pre-purchase discussions or estimated dates do not form a guaranteed delivery commitment unless explicitly agreed in writing as a contractual deadline.
