At Hayden's Event Solutions, we have undergone an exciting transformation. In April 2025, we made the decision to stop wholesaling balloons and refocus our efforts on what truly brings us joy—bringing ideas to life in the events industry. We have rebranded as Hayden's Event Solutions.

Our Journey

The journey began in November 2022 when company directors Caitlin and Dave launched the business. Caitlin had already ventured into the events world a year earlier and, in January 2022, enlisted Dave, her best friend's dad, to craft some sailboards for her events. With a jigsaw and a spark of creativity, Dave created their very first prop. The game-changer came when he acquired a CNC machine, allowing their prop-making capabilities to soar.

This partnership led to the establishment of Hayden’s Pop and Prop Shop, named after Hayden, the son of Dave and Marie, who serves as an incredible source of inspiration for the business. Hayden, who has autism, not only inspired the name and logo but also actively participates in the business, especially when there’s a delicious dinner promised as a reward!

Over the past three years, our dedicated team has successfully brought over 3,000 designs to life, earning a reputation for quality and personalised support. Formerly known as Hayden's Pop and Prop Shop, we are proud to serve the event industry and beyond, celebrated for our innovative designs, top-quality products, personalised customer support, and swift delivery times.

Meet Hayden, the heart and soul of our business! This 'little' bundle of joy lights up everyone's world, and honestly, it seems like the whole universe revolves around him, so why not name the business after him too! He’s not just the inspiration behind our name; he brings so much happiness to everyone around him! Always on the hunt for snacks, you’ll often find him checking the fridges in our unit to make sure nothing goes to waste.
Plus, he’s a super tidy person who constantly follows Caitlin or Dave around, picking up after them and tossing things in the bin—perfectly balancing out their messy tendencies!

His cheeky smile is simply irresistible, and it was this very picture that inspired our logo! We love having Hayden around; he adds a sprinkle of joy and a dash of fun to everything we do at Hayden's Event Solutions!
