What is the lead time?

For props available to purchase directly from our website, the standard lead time is 14 working days for both collection and delivery (this includes shipping time if delivered).

However, if your order includes custom items, a 14 working day lead time will apply — even if only one item in your order falls into that category.

If you require your item sooner, we encourage you to reach out to us via WhatsApp, before placing your order to confirm the feasibility—please be aware that express shipping may incur additional costs.

For custom orders, lead times will vary based on the specific item requested.
